About Me

Lewis is a passionate and creative musician who is always looking for new ways to grow, collaborate and share his love for music with others.

In 2024 he graduated from BIMM Institute Brighton with a BMus (Hons) in Popular Music Performance. He had the privilege of studying under excellent musicians such as Vinnie Lammi (Melanie C, Take That) and Pat Garvey (Noel Redding, Tim Booth). Alongside this, he worked with producers such as Pete Smith (The Police, Stevie Wonder, Spandau Ballet) and Simon Janes (BONOBO, Jess Glynne, Feral Youth).

Lewis has played with a wide range of local musicians and grassroots artists across a variety of genres such as; Alternative rock (Sleepflower), Pop (Aimee Iris), Hip-Hop Fusion (Apollo Collective), Indie Pop (Sam Hurst) and Britpop (Authentic Oasis). These experiences within both live and studio settings have shaped Lewis’s versatility and musical awareness, both on and off of the drum kit.

Further, Lewis is well-versed working with DAWs, such as Logic Pro, alongside photography, videography and audio engineering, both within a pre-production & post-production context. Lewis has spent many years working on his craft and honing his skills, working to bring people together through music.

In 2024, Lewis recorded and released his band’s first single, titled “Comedown”. He then went on to record and release a live E.P with Sleepflower. These records are a testament to his incredible hard work, resilience & tenacity to build a career for himself.
